It was here, at this point visible from the entire plain, that the history of the town of Orange began. Located in the center of town, it offers an incredible panoramic view of the entire Cité des Princes, Mont Ventoux and the Théâtre Antique.
It overlooks the town, the Rhône and the Comtadine countryside as far as Mont Ventoux, offering an exceptional panorama of the surrounding countryside. In this public park, you'll find remnants of the town's history, particularly those of the château des Princes de Nassau (once one of Europe's finest strongholds).
